On-Demand Spare Parts & MRO
Keep your lines running — replacement parts made on demand.
When a part breaks, wears out or is no longer made, Quick 3D can reproduce it — from a CAD file, a drawing or the worn part itself. We 3D scan, reverse-engineer, print and inspect replacement parts for factories, plants and equipment owners across Malaysia, from Shah Alam, Selangor.

Parts we reproduce
Obsolete & discontinued parts
Parts the original maker no longer supplies, rebuilt from the part itself or from old drawings.
Wear parts
Rollers, guides, gears and bushings in wear-resistant engineering plastics.
Brackets, covers & guards
Machine brackets, sensor mounts, covers and guards — often lighter than the original.
Housings, knobs & clips
Replacement housings, knobs, clips and fittings in durable nylon.
Heat- & chemical-resistant parts
PEEK, PVDF, PPS and ULTEM PEI for parts exposed to heat, oils and chemicals.
Metal replacement parts
Stainless steel, Inconel and titanium for high-strength, corrosion-resistant components.
How it works
1. Send the part or file
Share a CAD file or drawing, ship us the part, or we come on-site to scan it.
2. Scan & reverse-engineer
Non-destructive 3D scanning and mesh-to-CAD turn the physical part into workable CAD.
3. Choose the material
Our engineers recommend a material that matches or improves on the original, with TDS and SDS.
4. Print & finish
FDM, SLS, MJF, SLA or metal printing — matched to the part’s size, strength and quantity.
5. Inspect
Every order is dimensionally and visually inspected. Measurement reports and material certifications are available.
6. Store & reorder
We keep your part files securely, so you can reorder the same part when you need it instead of holding stock.
Why maintenance teams choose Quick 3D
On-site or in-house scanning
We scan parts at your plant or at our facility, then turn the scan into workable CAD.
Fast lead times
FDM parts in as little as 1 day, SLA in 3 days, and SLS, MJF, PolyJet and metal in as little as 7 days.
Inspected and protected
Every order is dimensionally and visually inspected, and we sign NDAs to protect your designs.
Frequently asked questions
Can you 3D print a part that is no longer made?
Yes. We 3D scan the existing part — even a worn or broken one — reverse-engineer it into a CAD model, and then 3D print the replacement in a suitable material.
Do I need a CAD file?
No. A CAD file is the fastest route, but a technical drawing, photos with measurements or the physical part itself also work.
Will a 3D printed spare part be as strong as the original?
It depends on the part, the material and the process. We can print in engineering plastics, carbon-fibre composites and metals, and share technical data sheets so you can compare properties with the original before you order.
Can you scan parts at our plant?
Yes. We can come on-site to scan parts and equipment, or you can ship the parts to our facility in Shah Alam.
How quickly can you deliver a spare part?
FDM parts can be ready in as little as 1 day, SLA parts in 3 days, and SLS, MJF and metal parts in as little as 7 days. Allow extra time if the part needs scanning and reverse engineering.
Can I reorder the same part later?
Yes. We keep your part files securely, so you can reorder any quantity — from one part to production volumes, with no minimum order. See how this works for oil & gas.
