ESD-safe jigs, fixtures and trays, made in days, not weeks.

Quick 3D helps electronics manufacturers, EMS providers and test engineers across Malaysia make static-safe production tooling faster — with ESD-safe 3D printing materials, in-house design and inspection, made in Shah Alam, Selangor.

ESD-safe resin tools and fixtures for electronics

What we make for electronics manufacturers

Assembly jigs & fixtures

Static-dissipative jigs and nests that locate boards and components during assembly, soldering and rework.

Test & inspection fixtures

Custom fixtures that hold boards and modules for testing, inspection and CMM workholding.

Trays & carriers

Static-free trays, carriers and organisers for storing and moving components between process steps.

End-of-arm tooling

Lightweight robot grippers and custom fingers for pick-and-place and automation cells.

Enclosures & housings

Anti-static housings and covers for control panels, test equipment and electronic systems.

Brackets & sensor mounts

Durable mounts, guides and brackets to adapt and maintain production equipment.

Recommended processes

FDM (ESD-safe)

ABS-ESD7, PETG-ESD and PA612-ESD filaments for larger, tougher fixtures, trays and enclosures.

SLA (ESD Resin)

Static-dissipative resin with stiffness and impact strength similar to ABS, for small, detailed fixtures and nests.

MJF & SLS

Dense PA12 nylon for durable housings, brackets and batch production of end-use parts.

Design & CAD

Tooling design for additive manufacturing — we design the fixture around your board or part data.

3D Scanning

Scan existing parts or fixtures to reproduce, modify or inspect them.

Low-Volume Production

Repeat orders and low-volume production with consistent quality control.

Why engineering teams choose Quick 3D

ESD-safe materials

Static-dissipative FDM filaments and SLA resin, with full TDS and SDS documentation.

Fast lead times

FDM parts in as little as 1 day, SLA in 3 days, and SLS, MJF, PolyJet and metal in as little as 7 days.

Inspected and protected

Every order is dimensionally and visually inspected, and we sign NDAs to protect your designs.

Frequently asked questions

What is an ESD-safe 3D printed part?

It is a part printed in a static-dissipative material, which lets electrical charge drain away slowly instead of building up and discharging into sensitive components. It is used for jigs, fixtures, trays and enclosures that touch or sit near electronics. Read more in our guide: What is ESD-safe 3D printing?

Which ESD-safe materials do you offer?

On FDM we print ABS-ESD7, PETG-ESD and PA612-ESD filaments. On SLA we print Formlabs ESD Resin for smaller, more detailed parts. See ESD-safe materials.

Can you design the fixture for me?

Yes. Send a board outline, CAD file, drawing or a sample part, and our engineers can design the jig or fixture for 3D printing and then print it.

How quickly can I get ESD-safe fixtures?

FDM parts can be ready in as little as 1 day, SLA parts in 3 days, and MJF and SLS parts in as little as 7 days, depending on size, quantity and finishing.

Can you make fixtures in larger quantities?

Yes. Through low-volume production we can make anything from a single fixture to batches of up to 1,000 parts, with no minimum order.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We can sign an NDA before you share board layouts, drawings or product designs.
