SLS 3D Printing Service

Structural nylon. Unconstrained design.

SLS 3D printing service

Source high-performing parts for complex geometric prototyping and low-volume industrial production with advanced SLS 3D printing. We offer a premium SLS printing service for support-free manufacturing, utilizing a wide range of engineering-grade nylon powders tailored for high-stiffness, structural use cases. Transform complex files into durable physical components in as little as 7 days.

Our SLS Capabilities

Zero supports. Infinite freedom.

Design without constraints. Because SLS utilizes a self-supporting powder bed, it completely eliminates the need for support structures. This allows our engineers to print highly intricate internal geometries, nested assemblies, and complex overhangs that are otherwise impossible to manufacture, giving you absolute geometric freedom.

SLS 3D Printers that we used

Precision laser optics. Flawless execution.

Precision-guided accuracy. Our fleet of industrial SLS systems employs high-velocity CO2 lasers that meticulously sinter powder layer by layer within a tightly controlled thermal chamber. This precise thermal and optical management results in exceptional layer adhesion, minimal warping, and parts with outstanding mechanical reliability.

Materials available in our SLS

Advanced composites. Structural integrity.

Meet the highest engineering standards with our suite of premium SLS powders. From impact-resistant Nylon PA12 to glass-filled and carbon-reinforced variations, our materials are specifically formulated for high stiffness, thermal resistance, and structural load-bearing performance in the most demanding industries.

SLS vs. MJF: What’s the Difference?

An MJF part, as printed
  • SLS (Selective Laser Sintering): Uses a precision laser beam that acts like a drawing pen, tracing out the shape of your part line-by-line.

  • MJF (Multi Jet Fusion): Uses an inkjet array to spray a heat-absorbing liquid across the entire layer, which is then instantly fused all at once by an overhead heat lamp.
