1 Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by Quick3D.

  • Confirmation of an order does not signify acceptance until Quick3D issues an official invoice or order confirmation.

  • Quick3D reserves the right to decline or cancel any order at its discretion.

2 Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are displayed in [Currency] and are subject to revision without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required upon order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Quick3D accepts approved payment methods only. Transactions are processed securely through third-party providers.

3 Delivery and Risk of Loss

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the goods are handed to the courier.

  • Quick3D shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond its control.

4 Product Warranty and Limitation

  • Standard products and materials are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

  • Customized or made-to-order 3D printed parts are provided “as specified” and are non-refundable unless defective due to Quick3D’s error.

  • Quick3D’s liability is limited strictly to the replacement of defective goods or the value of the goods supplied.

5 Returns and Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are governed under Quick3D’s Return & Refund Policy [link to policy].

  • Buyers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify Quick3D within the stated timeframe if defects are identified.

6 Force Majeure

Quick3D shall not be responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

7 Governing Law

These Terms of Purchase shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Malaysian courts.
