Refund & Return Policy

At Quick3D, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care to ensure the quality of our 3D printing materials, products, and services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds will be accepted.


1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Customers may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The product delivered does not match the description or specifications on our website.

  • The return request is made within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (where applicable).


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or made-to-order 3D printed parts.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or modification.

  • Materials that have been opened, partially used, or unsealed (filament spools, resin bottles, powders, etc.).

  • Discounted, clearance, or promotional items marked as “Final Sale”.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at sales@quick-3d.com within the return period.

  2. Provide your order number, invoice, and photo evidence of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  4. Products must be shipped back to us using a trackable courier service.

  5. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and service fees are non-refundable (unless due to company error).


5. Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost once the returned item has been received and verified.


6. Services & 3D Printed Parts

  • For 3D printing services, design services, or custom-made items, refunds are not applicable once production has started.

  • If the part does not meet agreed specifications due to an error on our side, Quick3D will reprint or replace the item at no extra cost.
